Orders
When you place an order with Thomas' you will receive an immediate confirmation email prior to your order being processed.
Thomas' will notify you again by e-mail once your order has been fulfilled, which will state the total cost of the order plus postage (if required). If there is some delay in supplying an item or an item has been discontinued, Thomas' will contact you as soon as possible.
You may request delivery in one shipment or you may request goods to be dispatched as soon as they become available.
Payment
Your order will not be dispatched until full payment has been made. You can pay by cheque, money order or credit card (Visa, Master, Amex or Diners). If paying by credit card please contact our store directly.

Standard Australia Post charges apply plus packing fee.
One standard CD - $5.00
Two standard CDs - $6.00
All others items to be weighed and quoted. Anything above the value of $75.00 also requires registration. Express post also available.
